Frequently asked questions.

Q: What is a Flight Session?
A Flight Session is a 1-on-1 outdoor training experience that blends disc golf, physical fitness, and real conversation under the open sky. You’ll throw, sweat, and soak up sunlight—charging your body with electrons, energy, and purpose. Each drive grounds you deeper into the earth while lighting you up from within. You leave stronger, sharper, and fully recharged—ready to fly through life with power and clarity.

Q: Do I need to know how to play disc golf?
Not at all! Sessions are built for every level — from first-timers to experienced players. We start where you’re at and build from there.

Q: What should I bring?
Comfortable athletic clothes, water, and a positive attitude. Ideally cotton socks and or leather only. Discs and all training gear are provided — or bring your own if you prefer. I also like to trade discs and sell my own!

Q: How long is a session?
Each Flight Session lasts about one hour, but may go longer. Customized to your energy, goals, and focus areas for that day. I do have a Topics of Discussion to keep the focus on conversations meaningful.

Q: Where do sessions take place?
All training is done outdoor at Jimmy Porter’s Disc Golf Course primarily but also other disc golf courses where sunlight, space, and fresh air set the stage for your best work.

Q: What’s the price?
Each session is $100, paid at booking. Group bootcamps — called Flight Crew — are $25 per session.

Q: What makes Flight Club different?
This isn’t a gym. It’s real movement, real sunlight, and real growth. You’ll train your body, your throw, and your mind — all under one philosophy: The Good Life with Coach Beef Daddy
